The challenge

In an automotive manufacturer client, we handled with different stakeholders having distinct visions about the project execution.

We started with the task to understand deeply their specific and complex processes. As our client is organized in several NSCs with several local processes that needed to be documented and analysed, an intensive requirements analysis phase was done. Ultimately, we supported to map them as requirements against global features.

What we did

We have done an intensive requirements analysis, compiling all local NSCs processes and mapped them on global features. We prepared a Salesforce Sales Cloud Roll-Out for a National Sales Company (without implementation) and kept and maintained a Tasks/Issue Lists along in coordination with several involved departments.
