Processing of Log Files
When you visit our website, our web server automatically stores standard information about your device and the browser used in a log file. We process this data in order to analyze server errors and attempted misuse. Specifically, this data record consists of:
• the name of the website accessed,
• the date and time of the request,
• the amount of data transferred,
• the message indicating successful retrieval,
• the IP address of the requesting computer,
• the specific address of the page accessed on our website,
• the page from which you reached us,
• the transmitted browser identifier.
You cannot be identified by us from this data; the log data is evaluated only in anonymized form. Log data is regularly deleted promptly, but no later than after 90 days. The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser address bar.
Hosting
We host our website in German data centers in Frankfurt. The hosting provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL is a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., USA. Although processing takes place exclusively on servers in Frankfurt (EU), technical support access by the parent company or affiliated companies outside the EEA cannot be completely ruled out. The legal basis for any transfers to third countries is the adequacy decision of the EU Commission for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), in which Amazon Web Services, Inc. participates, and, in addition, standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Contact by Email & Telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your inquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, first name, inquiry, etc.), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where this has been requested.
Inquiries that do not lead to the initiation or performance of a contract are deleted within [6 months after completion of processing, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. Inquiries related to a contract are subject to retention periods under commercial and tax law (usually 6 or 10 years pursuant to Sections 238, 257 German Commercial Code (HGB), 147 German Fiscal Code (AO)).
Newsletter
On our website, you are offered the opportunity to subscribe to newsletters on various topics. Within the scope of the consent you provide, the following data is processed for the purpose of delivering advertising: last name, first name, email address and/or telephone number.
LionGate AG uses the so-called double opt-in procedure to confirm your request and email address. In this process, an email is sent to the email address you provided asking you to confirm your consent. In connection with the double opt-in procedure, we document the IP address, date and time of submission of the web form as well as the IP address, date and time of confirmation of the double opt-in email.
Newsletter Service Provider – Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)
Our newsletters are sent using “Brevo”, a newsletter distribution platform operated by Brevo SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France.
Your personal data is stored on Brevo servers. Brevo uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. Brevo does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them itself or to pass it on to third parties.
The legal basis for our processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter at any time by sending an informal message to info@liongate.de.
After unsubscribing from the newsletter, your data will be deleted from the distribution list within 30 days. The documentation of consent (double opt-in record) is retained for verification purposes pursuant to Art. 7(1) GDPR for 3 years after unsubscribing.
Use of Cookies & Tracking Tools
We use tracking technologies such as cookies on our website in order to measure and analyze our website and continuously improve our content. To protect our users and partners, we can also detect and prevent fraud and security risks.

Analytics with Matomo
We use the open-source software “Matomo” (InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand) on our website. Matomo is a web analytics tool that creates usage profiles based on pseudonyms and is operated exclusively on our own servers. Data is not passed on to third parties.

Google Web Fonts
We use web fonts from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland, for the uniform display of fonts. The Google fonts are integrated locally on our web server, not on Google servers. As a result, there is no connection to Google servers and therefore no data transfer.
Google Maps
On our website, we provide a static link to the “Google Maps” map service. Google Maps is not embedded in our website and is not loaded when the page is accessed. Only when you deliberately click the corresponding link will you be redirected to a website of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. From that point on, Google’s privacy policy applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy.) We do not collect any personal data in connection with merely providing the link.
AI-Supported Services
LionGate AG uses AI-supported tools and agent-based AI systems (Agentic AI) as part of its service provision. To the extent that personal data is processed when using these systems – for example by entering requests, providing documents or automatically analyzing information – we inform you below about the key aspects of this processing.
Purpose of processing: Provision of consulting and implementation services in the fields of cloud, Salesforce and AI automation; internal quality assurance and process optimization.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), insofar as processing is necessary for fulfilling the mandate; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient and quality-assured service provision).

Automated decision-making: Where AI systems in individual cases make decisions exclusively by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects, data subjects will be informed separately. As a rule, AI outputs are subject to human review.
Application
As part of your online application, we collect and process the following application data from you:
• First name, last name,
• Address, email,
• Date of birth, form of address, telephone number,
• Application documents (CV, certificates, qualifications, photograph, etc.),
• other data related to the application (e.g. bank details for reimbursement of travel expenses).
Your data will initially be processed exclusively for carrying out and reviewing the application procedure. The legal basis results from Art. 88(1) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26(1) sentence 1 German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We process special categories of personal data (e.g. information about a severe disability) only if you voluntarily provide this to us (Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26(3) BDSG).
If no employment takes place, your application documents will be deleted six months after completion of the application procedure, unless longer storage is legally required or permitted.
If employment does not take place, you may receive an invitation to be included in our talent pool. This allows us to consider you for suitable vacancies in the future. Inclusion in the talent pool takes place exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent.
Social Media Channels
We promote a presence on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/liongate-ag/) on our website. It is integrated via a linked graphic. The use of this linked graphic prevents an automatic connection to the server of the social network when the website is accessed.
Only when you click the corresponding graphic will you be redirected to the service. After redirection, the respective network collects information about you (including IP address, date, time, page visited). Data processing in third countries cannot be ruled out. If you are logged into your user account with the respective network, the network operator may be able to associate the collected information with your personal account.
If you want to prevent the collected information from being directly associated with your user account, you must log out before clicking the graphic or configure the respective user account accordingly.

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you that we store, including purpose, category, recipient and planned storage period.

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without delay or incomplete data completed.
Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, provided that the statutory requirements are met.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You have the right, under certain conditions, to request the restriction of processing of your data.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR)
Pursuant to Art. 77 EU GDPR, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes this Regulation.
