Traveling Together: Our Journey to Wiesbaden

Our colleagues from Munich and Essen started their trip to Wiesbaden early in the morning. The Munich team enjoyed a relaxed train ride, while the Essen team took the bus. The anticipation for the corporate event was noticeable. Our goal: a team event that fosters exchange and creates shared experiences.

Day 1: Cooking Together Instead of Ordering

The first evening was all about cooking together. Instead of catering, we transformed into a kitchen crew. In the open kitchen, project managers worked with developers, and experienced colleagues teamed up with new members. There was chopping, stirring, seasoning, and plenty of laughter.

This resulted in various salads, grilled dishes, and colorful skewers. With drinks and good conversations, the initial kitchen buzz quickly turned into a real culinary experience and a successful team building activity. It showed that working together is often easier and more fun!

Day 2: Relaxing on Neroberg – Enjoying the Views

The second day began quietly. Together, we went to Neroberg Wiesbaden. The ride up with the historic Nerobergbahn was a small highlight in itself, but the main point was the view over Wiesbaden.

With no fixed program, there was ample time for conversations, sunshine, and relaxation. In the beer garden under old trees, we comfortably wound down the Wiesbaden summer party. In the afternoon, the teams headed home – with many nice impressions, strengthened team spirit, and good memories.

We’re already looking forward to the next one!
