What you can expect

  • Demand Management: Define, review, lead the implementation and maintenance of business processes, requirements and procedures to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Responsible implementation of our projects with the customer, suppliers and our LionGate team.
  • Solution Design: Developing and optimising processes. Using your analytical skills to identify opportunities to improve business processes.
  • Based on your experience, analytical skills, structured approach and clear communication, you succeed in unlocking the potential of digitalisation with our customers.
  • In coordination with the customer and the technical experts, you develop product visions that improve the existing and/or open up something new.
  • You transform ideas and visions into solutions and accompany and control the implementation and introduction.

What you bring along

  • You have at least five years of proven experience as a project manager/business analyst in agile projects.
  • You are curious and interested in the new and diverse technological potentials of digitalisation.
  • Your way of thinking is creative but also analytically incisive.
  • You have industry experience in our target markets of telecommunications, media and banking.
  • You have successfully and well completed a degree in (business) informatics or business administration with a technical focus or a comparable education.
  • Of course, you have strong communication skills, a high level of commitment, customer orientation, a confident manner and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You perform your tasks independently, reliably, with commitment and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You want to keep learning and you are willing to share your knowledge with us.
  • Like us, you are interested in long-term cooperation.
  • We expect you to have a good command of German (at least C1) and English (written and spoken).
