The Challenge

In an automotive manufacturer client, we handled with different stakeholders having distinct visions about the project execution.

In a client project for an automotive manufacturer, we worked with various stakeholder groups, each with their own perspectives on project execution. At the outset, the focus was on gaining a comprehensive understanding of the specific and complex processes of all parties involved.

As the customer is organized across multiple NSCs (National Sales Companies) and numerous local processes had to be documented and analyzed, an intensive requirements analysis phase was conducted.

Based on this, we supported the customer in structurally consolidating the identified requirements and mapping them to global functionalities.

What we did

We conducted an intensive requirements analysis, during which all local NSC (National Sales Company) processes were captured and systematically mapped to global functionalities.

Building on this, we prepared the roll-out of Salesforce Sales Cloud for a national sales organization, without carrying out the actual implementation. As part of this effort, we created a structured task and issue list, which was continuously maintained and further developed in close collaboration with multiple involved departments.

The Results

As a result, the roll-out of Salesforce Sales Cloud for a national sales organization was structurally prepared and conceptually well substantiated.

Through targeted support during the requirements analysis, complex functional and organizational requirements were clearly identified and consolidated.

Close coordination with the involved departments ensured an aligned approach and created transparency regarding responsibilities and dependencies.

A centrally maintained task and issue list additionally enabled structured tracking of all open items and supported efficient project governance.
