
At Liongate, changes to the Executive Board will take effect on January 1, 2026. The company is adjusting the allocation of responsibilities and reorganizing transitions within its governing bodies.
As of the turn of the year, Armin Oppitz will assume responsibility for Technology in addition to Marketing. Michael Comanns will be responsible for Finance alongside Sales. Peter De Wendt will remain responsible for Human Resources and will additionally take over responsibility for Legal.
As part of the reorganization, Frank Pensel and Michael Schießl will move from the Executive Board to the Supervisory Board. Both are co-founders of Liongate and have played a key role in shaping the company since its founding.
The new Executive Board allocation will take effect on January 1, 2026.
