What you can expect as a Backend Developer

  • You will design and develop our modern, web-based solutions on the cloud infrastructure.
  • You integrate these solutions with and at our customers.
  • You work in agile teams.

What you bring along

  • You have at least three years of proven experience in object-oriented development with PHP and master the relevant technologies and design patterns for modern, distributed web applications.
  • You enjoy developing robust and scalable backends in PHP with current, modern frameworks such as Laravel.
  • You design and implement flexible and powerful interfaces (REST API) and know the necessary standards and technologies (swagger, Open API).
  • You have experience in the design and implementation of relational and other database systems and cleverly use existing services (mySQL, MongoDB, postgres).
  • You have experience with cloud services preferably from AWS.
  • You are curious and interested in the new and diverse technological potentials of digitalisation.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or comparable training.
  • Of course, you have strong communication skills, a high level of commitment, team orientation and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You perform your tasks independently, reliably, with commitment, in a solution-oriented manner and with high quality standards.
  • You want to continuously improve your skills and abilities and share your knowledge.
  • Like us, you are interested in a long-term cooperation.
  • We expect you to have a good command of German (at least C1) and English (written and spoken).
