While Salesforce highlighted the innovations from Dreamforce 2025 and the potential of Agentforce, our focus was on one of the biggest challenges for many mid-sized companies: customer service.

In this session, we presented solutions including a live demo with the Salesforce Service Cloud. We showed participants how companies can centralize customer requests, automate routine tasks, resolve tickets faster, and make customer service more efficient and profitable overall.
