Our customer faced the daily challenge of tracking and managing their own sales opportunities based on Outlook and Excel. This approach was not only time-consuming and difficult to trace, but also potentially led to missed opportunities and made it harder for the management team to gain a clear overview or forecast of the sales process.

What we did

We optimized and adapted our customer’s sales process. In combination with the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, we delivered a solution that enables the automatic creation of quotations, includes automated steps within the sales process, and integrates approval workflows for the management team.

As a result, our customer now benefits from an automated sales process that makes it easy to track leads and sales opportunities, saves time, and provides both management and sales teams with a clear overview of all sales activities.
