Zu Beginn lag der Fokus darauf, die spezifischen und komplexen Prozesse aller Beteiligten umfassend zu verstehen.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nDa der Kunde in mehreren NSCs (National Sales Companies) organisiert ist und zahlreiche lokale Prozesse dokumentiert und analysiert werden mussten, wurde eine intensive Phase der Anforderungsanalyse durchgef\u00fchrt.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nAuf dieser Grundlage unterst\u00fctzten wir den Kunden dabei, die identifizierten Anforderungen strukturiert zu konsolidieren und gegen globale Funktionen abzubilden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"case-study-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-three-blocks\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-block-1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"left-bar\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>Was wir gemacht haben<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-block-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-block-2-columns\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nWir f\u00fchrten eine intensive Anforderungsanalyse durch, in deren Rahmen alle lokalen Prozesse der NSCs (National Sales Companies) erfasst und systematisch auf globale Funktionen abgebildet wurden.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nDarauf aufbauend bereiteten wir den Roll-out der Salesforce Sales Cloud f\u00fcr eine nationale Vertriebsgesellschaft vor, ohne die eigentliche Implementierung umzusetzen. Im Zuge dessen erstellten wir eine strukturierte Aufgaben- und Problemliste, die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren beteiligten Fachabteilungen kontinuierlich gepflegt und weiterentwickelt wurde.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"case-study-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-three-blocks\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-block-1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"left-bar\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span>Das Ergebnis<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-block-2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"the-block-2-columns\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nAls Ergebnis wurde der Roll-out der Salesforce Sales Cloud f\u00fcr eine nationale Vertriebsgesellschaft strukturiert vorbereitet und inhaltlich fundiert abgesichert.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nDurch die gezielte Unterst\u00fctzung in der Anforderungsanalyse konnten komplexe fachliche und organisatorische Anforderungen klar erfasst und konsolidiert werden.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: justify; color: black;\">\nDie enge Koordination mit den beteiligten Abteilungen stellte eine abgestimmte Vorgehensweise sicher und schuf Transparenz \u00fcber Verantwortlichkeiten und Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.5;
